Guided and supported during a very tough time – Hank and his team made a very difficult situation tolerable and in time, turned turbulent waters calm. Hank showed genuine concern for our situation and for us personally and his staff exude professionalism and care. Their depth of experience is mixed with understanding of contemporary issues and there was never a time where I felt judged or even remotely maligned. At the risk of sounding cliche, there really was a helping hand available at every twist and turn of the journey. I could not recommend de Jonge Read highly enough.

Outstanding service and expertise! – de Jong Read was recommended to us as and I am so glad that they were. I was so relieved when we were hooked up with Corey and Lorell. They were the perfect team for us. Their expertise and understanding of our situation were second to none. They were so helpful through every stage, totally explaining every process and advising what to expect. We had regular phone meetings, which was comforting to know they were there, still looking out for us. Outside of these regular meetings, nothing was ever too much trouble for them to talk on the phone or email. We had them dealing with a business sale and liquidation, along with a sensitive family dynamic. There was never any judgement of us or our situation, only ever concern and humility which was very calming during a stressful time. What amazing work – I engaged DJR over three years ago to help me work through my debts with my creditors (the banks) and then never gave up even though the banks' responsiveness was appalling. I'm sure DJR had to put in a lot more work than they anticipated but never once complained or charged me more than the agreed set fee - which in hindsight, was a bargain for what they were able to achieve on my behalf.
