Understanding Your Client's SituationOne of our experienced Strategists will engage in a conversation with you to understand your client’s financial circumstances, concerns, and objectives. This initial discussion helps us assess whether a strategic approach from our team would add value.
When it is mutually agreed that we can assist your client, the next step is to arrange a confidential meeting with them. You’re welcome to coordinate the meeting for all parties, provide us with their contact details, or invite them to contact us directly, whichever works best for you. That said, we believe attending the first meeting together is often the best approach, as it ensures alignment and gives both you and your client greater confidence in the process.

Strategic RecommendationIn the initial meeting, our Strategist will gather information to understand your client’s objectives, challenges, and overall circumstances.
Following this discussion, we can prepare a comprehensive written Strategic Recommendation outlining the most appropriate options available. This document typically takes up to four (4) days to complete.
The initial consultation is provided at no cost or obligation. Should your client wish to proceed beyond this meeting and receive a detailed written recommendation, this will be subject to a clearly disclosed fee, which will be confirmed and agreed in advance.

Implementation & Ongoing SupportIf your client decides to proceed and engage us to implement the recommended strategy, our services are provided on a fixed fee, fixed time basis. A dedicated Strategy Support Officer (SSO) will be assigned to work closely with them, offering unwavering support and guidance throughout the entire process.
We understand how important peace of mind is and we’ll be there to support your client every step of the way. We also ensure you, as their trusted advisor, remain informed and involved as needed.
